Did you know that the MEDiC Clinic at RISE Fordem location is the only pediatric MEDiC Clinic in Dane County? MEDiC is a student-run program of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health and is comprised of 7 clinics throughout Madison. Madison’s MEDiC Clinic program is one of the oldest MEDiC clinics in the nation!
The pediatric MEDiC Clinic at RISE is an excellent resource to children and caregivers as it provides free medical services and consultation on a variety of topics including: allergies, rashes, behavioral concerns and questions, child development questions, a second opinion or consultation about a particular health issue or concern, and resource and referral information to help link families to a medical home or primary care doctor.
The next MEDiC Pediatric Clinic is on Wednesday, November 15th from 7-9 PM. The MEDiC Clinic is hosted at 2120 Fordem Ave., and is free, open to the public, and no appointment is necessary.
