Hello! My name is Sierra. I grew up in Chippewa Falls, WI, before moving to Milwaukee to pursue my undergraduate studies. I graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with an emphasis in Legal Studies and Psychology. After completing my degree’s, I continued to call Milwaukee home until 2024, when I relocated to Madison. With a passion for mental health, I’ve spent the past seven years working in the field. My journey began at a mental health call center, where I provided crisis intervention during my college years, and continued at an ABA clinic post-graduation. I’m deeply committed to supporting others and making a positive impact in the mental health community. I have experience working with children and adolescents in different stages of their life starting as early as preschool up through high school. My goal is to help participants grow, achieve their goals, and feel supported throughout the process.
I’m passionate about fostering positive change and providing the guidance and care individuals need to thrive. My favorite part about RISE is that we truly prioritize everyone’s voice and choice. I facilitate a strengths-based approach, highlighting the individual strengths that each participant possesses.
In my free time, I love discovering new restaurants, taking scenic walks outdoors, painting with watercolors, and spending time with my loved ones.
