I have a background in working with youth ages 2-18 with ASD and other behavioral diagnoses. I havealso worked recreationally with preschoolers & school-aged kids. I love to spend time in nature, read, tattoo culture, photography, and fashion. My career goal is to obtain my master’s in counseling psychology and become a psychotherapist, specializing as a couple’s therapist. I would also love to explore play/art therapies for children and psychedelic-assisted forms of therapy for adults.
I am fascinated by holistic approaches to healing and alternative therapies. I am interested in psychoneuroimmunology, trauma in relation to our physiology & structural effects on the brain, somatic practices, trauma in relation to its effects on interpersonal relationships, attachment styles, personality disorders, & the neurological cycle of addiction.
