Olivia Dupasquier (She/Her)

Community Based Clinician

Olivia prioritizes rapport building and strengths-based approaches when fostering therapeutic relationships with participants. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminology and law with minors in sociology and psychology from Marquette University and holds a Master of Social Work from UW-Madison. Olivia has experience as a service facilitator in Milwaukee County but has grown up in Dane County and is excited to be back home.

Olivia enjoys working at the intersection of the criminal-legal system and social work. Her experience is largely with children, adolescents, and young adults. Olivia enjoys supporting adolescents, families, and young adults involved in the foster care system or who have engaged in adoption. She also has experience supporting those with anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, identity development, and neurodivergence. She takes a holistic and humanistic approach that centers the individual as the expert in their lives. Her approach combines elements of Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Psychoeducation depending on the individual needs of the participant.

Olivia is an Asian American, cis woman who enjoys being outdoors, getting crafty, thrifting, and spending time with her chickens!
