Felicia is pursuing a master’s degree in social work though Cappella University in MN and has received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and social science from National-Louis University, in Chicago. Felicia has been working in mental health for over 20 years. Felicia has provided services to the clients who identifies as apart of the developmentally disabled (DD) population as well as with a mental health diagnosis. Felicia currently provides service facilitation for both adolescents and adults and strives to support her clients with the support they need that will help them not only stay in the community, but to also be successful while doing so. Felicia believes that the client is the expert of themselves! Felicia appreciates the opportunity to walk alongside clients, connecting them with the appropriate support, help with empowering them, cultivates a more optimistic outlook and can increase motivation for change and success in reaching their goals.
Felicia enjoys spending time with her family as family is important to her. Felicia also enjoys traveling and learning from different cultures when traveling internationally.
