Emma grew up in Sun Prairie, WI and is proud to have called the Madison area home for most of her life. Emma received her bachelor’s in psychology from UW La Crosse and her master’s in social work from UW Madison. In between that schooling, they worked in the ABA field.

Emma has experience working with a wide variety of folks across the lifespan and holding diverse identities. Their areas of interest include those in the LGBTQ+ community and neurodiverse individuals. Emma has experience in supporting people with identity issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and mood and behavior regulation. Emma strives to be a calm and grounding presence in other’s lives and approaches those she works with empathy and respect. Emma uses a comprehensive and person-centered approach that borrows from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing (MI).

Emma is a white, cis woman. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time in nature and hiking. She also enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, and playing video games.
