About Comprehensive Community Services at RISE
Comprehensive Community Services is a Medical Assistance program administered by Dane County Human Services.
CCS provides a flexible array of individualized, community-based, psychosocial rehabilitation services to individuals across the lifespan with mental health and/or substance use issues across the lifespan.
RISE offers CCS Service Facilitation and additional services for individuals ages 6 years and up.
CCS Service Facilitation
RISE offers CCS Service Facilitation and additional services for individuals ages 6 years and up, such as skill development and psycho-education for people receiving service facilitation from our agency. Service facilitation includes partnering with an enrolled participant and family, helping to guide the team by coordinating services, and making appropriate service linkages to assist the person/family in meeting the stated goals.

Individual Skill Development (ISD):
ISD services can include building skills around communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and other specific needs identified. Services also can include building daily living skills related to personal care, household tasks, financial management, accessing community resources and services, and other specific daily living needs identified in the participant’s recovery plan.
Psychotherapy:
Psychotherapy clinicians work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based lens. Each therapist is trained in a variety of clinical modalities such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, attachment based, play based, TFCBT, EMDR, etc.
Individual and Family Psychoeducation (IFP)
IFP services are to help you and your family with mental health and substance abuse diagnosis issues. Psychoeducation providers can support with understanding your mental health and symptoms, learning coping skills, navigating relationships, and addressing daily stressors to promote recovery and maintain stability.
