The Welcome Baby & Beyond (WBB) Lead Family Support Specialist (FSS) is responsible for providing clinical, reflective, and administrative supervision to a team of Family Support Specialists, as well as providing on site support in the form of program outreach, management of referrals, orientation and training of new staff, crisis management, reporting, and general office organization. The WBB Lead FSS is a member of the agency’s Leadership Team and serves as an important link between direct care staff and members of Senior Leadership.

The WBB Lead FSS is also responsible for maintaining a small roster of families which includes developing strong relationships with enrolled families in order to serve as a support and resource person and providing an array of clinical and care coordination services. The WBB Lead FSS works closely with the Early Childhood Director and program staff. The WBB Lead FSS oversees the training of home visitors and is responsible for the overall daily operations of the WBB program.

Compensation Range: $23.06 – $25.53
