This time last year both organizations (Community Partnerships and Center for Families) were diving deeply into merger activities and exploring the idea of an agency rebrand. During the following 6 months, we worked closely with the local marketing and advertising firm Candorem, our staff, and Board of Directors to select the name and brand that resonated with our individual agency identities, the individuals, children, and families we serve, and described the resilience and hope that exists in all of us. We unveiled our new name and brand, RISE, at our annual event, Circle of Hope, in May 2017.
We partner with another RISE non-profit here in Dane County- RISE Law Center, which is a program and service of End Domestic Abuse Wisconsin. RISE Law Center is a community resource providing direct legal representation to immigrant victims of domestic and sexual violence, primarily in the southern Wisconsin area. Although our names are similar, RISE Law Center is not a program of RISE Wisconsin.
